St Kilda’s iconic Prince Bandroom Balcony leaped into Southern Asian sub-terrain earlier this year with the launch of POW Kitchen. Now with summer knocking at our door, POW Kitchen is gearing up for some seriously-solid-Summer-Sunday-sessions starting from this Sunday, 4th December with the launch of POW Sundays.
To celebrate the warmer days, POW Kitchen will keep you refreshed with classic Aperol Spritz for $10, all Sunday, every Sunday.
Once you’ve satisfied your Spritz fix, dip into a whole new range of colourful treats created by the skilled POW bar team. Pomegranate, pineapple, mango, stone fruits and lychee take centre stage, with the newly added Pomiscuous Girl (spiced rum, pomegranate, mint and lime) and Mango Baba (Cachaca, Montenegro, mango, soy and vanilla) – available in pitchers or single-sippers.
Keeping those lips soaked and gorge on smoky BBQ deliciousness with a Robarta Grill Yakitori stand grilling $10 skewers all night.
Executive Chef Daniel Hawkins (ex-Longrain) and Head Chef Woosun Choi (ex-New Market Hotel) are turning out the tricks, with fresh summer menu items including crisp school prawns wrapped in betel leaves, soft-shell crab salad with green mango and spicy Kung Poa chicken.
With delicious noms and tasty licks, POW Kitchen offers up Melbourne’s most sort-after summer location with its iconic balcony overlooking cosmopolitan Fitzroy Street and Port Philip Bay.
For a kick back Sunday sipper or pre-gig afternoon delight, POW Kitchen is the POWfect summer setting.
