Circa, The Prince has just announced a second night for the highly sought after Millennial Dinner.

Following a string of sell-out spirit inspired dining events – Circa is stripping it back to the classics with an exclusive wine-matched dinner, celebrating the crème-de-le-crème of vintage from the year 2000.

Held in Circa’s Private Dining Room, the intimate affair will showcase a selection of some of the world’s most exclusive vineyard releases and revered wine producers.

Dominus Nappa Valley, Gaja Piemonte, Descendientes de J.Palacios, and the highly rated 2000 Chardonnay from Mount Mary Vineyard’s limited release to name a few. Each bottle, has been hand picked by Circa Sommelier and host of the night, Laurent Rospars.

Complimenting the wine, guests will be treated to a five-course dinner from the Two-Hatted Circa kitchen. The menu designed by Head Chef Rhys Blackley, will use local and seasonal produce expertly sourced for the perfect pairing, and sure to please any palate.

Please note, due to the exclusivity of these wines on offer, seats are strictly limited to 14 pax.
