The six vendors have revealed what they think will win them the 'Top Cut' Trophy on Labour Day Monday, 9th March.

With the big day under two weeks away, here's a look at the menu to get your stomach grumbling.

Meatball & Wine Bar
Toasted brioche bun w. tender grass-fed Great Southern Angus Beef Meatball, gruyere, caramelized fennel, pickled zucchini & BBQ aioli

Fancy Hank's BBQ
Havana-style Great Southern Brisket Sandwich

Newmarket Hotel
Twice cooked Great Southern Lamb shoulder w. charred cucumber, jalapeno crema, fava beans & warm masa tortillas

Middle Park Hotel
24hr smoked + spiced Great Southern Beef short rib w. hot mustard remoulade & chimichurri

Peter Bouchier
Handlinked German frankfurt served in a smoky bun, topped w. sauerkraut, garlic & dill pickle, sweet tomato relish & mustard.

Gelato Messina
'So Wrong it's Right' cream cheese & caramel gelato smashed w. white chocolate potato chips, smothered in duck fat caramel
'Porky's Revenge' maple syrup gelato w. bacon maple gel & blueberry pancake batter
