Circa, The Prince is gearing up for Negroni Week and World Gin Day by hosting an exclusive Martini Master Class, in association with Four Pillars Gin.
For anyone who is a fan of the Martini but would like to know the difference between vodka versus gin, shaken versus stirred, and dry versus dirty, then this Master Class is for you.
One of Melbourne’s foremost experts in the art of Martini making is award-winning bartender and Gin ambassador, Sam Ng. Sam has spent years running some of Melbourne’s best bars and is now Four Pillars Gin’s ‘Bartender at Large’.
So whether you like yours dry, perfect, wet, straight up, dirty or with a twist, Sam will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to make and serve the perfect martini.
Held in the Circa bar, cost is $35 per person including a G&T on arrival, hour long Master Class and martini, and canapés by Circa Head Chef Rhys Blackley.
