Four Pillars Gin joins Circa for delicious dining collaboration

Four Pillars, four courses, and four different styles of gin will form the foundation for a very special dinner to be held at Circa, The Prince on Wednesday 26th August.

On the Menu

  • Canapés
    w/ Rare Gin & Tonic

  • Line caught snapper with ruby grapefruit, nasturtium & lemon myrtle
    w/ Gin Sour

  • Eden Bass grouper with burnt eggplant miso & chrysanthemum flowers
    w/ Garden Fresh

  • Western Plains pork with rhubarb, juniper & native pepper
    w/ Gin Old Fashioned

  • Persimmon tartare with thyme blossom honey & coriander
    w/ Spiced Gin Negroni

Circa’s Executive Chef Ashly Hicks has developed a menu of unique and delicate flavours designed to complement the incredible array of botanicals found in Four Pillars Gin, demonstrating that food matched with spirits really can result in a perfect pairing.

The intimate dinner, to be hosted by Four Pillar’s distiller Cameron MacKenzie will be held in Circa’s Private Dining Room and will feature custom cocktails made using Four Pillars Rare Dry, Navy Strength, Barrel Aged and Negroni Spiced gins.
