The Healesville-based distillery returns to Circa for an exclusive soiree, perfect for the gin enthusiast.
Held in Circa's Private Dining Room, the dinner affair will hosted by Four Pillar’s distiller Cameron MacKenzie alongside brand ambassador and bartender-at-large, Sam Ng. Each guest will be treated to four spring-inspired custom cocktails, matched with a menu of unique and delicate flavours by Circa Head Chef, Rhys Blackley.
