The Healesville-based distillery returns to Circa for an exclusive soiree, perfect for the gin enthusiast.

ALLOCATION EXHAUSTED

Held in Circa's Private Dining Room, the dinner affair will hosted by Four Pillar’s distiller Cameron MacKenzie alongside brand ambassador and bartender-at-large, Sam Ng. Each guest will be treated to four spring-inspired custom cocktails, matched with a menu of unique and delicate flavours by Circa Head Chef, Rhys Blackley.

Tasmanian Mountain Pepper Martini
Wallaby Tartare w. smoked egg yolk, tamarillo + mountain pepper leaf

Lemon Myrtle Sour
Spanner crab w. finger lime, blood orange + stinging nettles

Faux Vino
Greenvale Farm pork, quandongs, turnip + mustard

The Last Call
Yuzu posset, native river mint + white chocolate
