Wood BBQ leader prawns w. chorizo, Pedro Ximenez + Ortiz anchovies (NMH)
Charred octopus w. panzanella salad (San Telmo)

24 hr smoked St Louis cut pork rib, heritage pumpkin, caper dressing (NMH)
O'Connors grass fed beef short rib w. chimichurri + chips (San Telmo)

Pueblan style Flinder's Island lamb barbecoa, pasilla chilli relish, tomatillo verde + masa tortillas (NMH)
Slow cooked pork neck w. coal roasted pumpkin stuffed with rocket + goats cheese (San Telmo)
