For the first time, Annie Smithers of du Fermier will join Circa’s Rhys Blackley for a spectacular dinner showcasing each chef’s acclaimed culinary skills. The delectable union, presented over five courses, will take place in the iconic main dining room, at Circa, The Prince.

Known for her classic French farmhouse dishes, Trentham-based Annie Smithers brings her seasonal homegrown produce from the Victorian country to the breezy shores of St Kilda.

Guests will indulge in a series of inspired dishes designed by Annie Smithers and Rhys Blackley, with matched wines by Circa's Head Sommelier, Laurent Rospars.
