Starting on Saturday, 23rd May, Phil Para’s shows will move from Esplanade Hotel (The Espy) to another landmark St Kilda venue: The Prince of Wales Public Bar. Shows will run every Saturday evening, from 6pm to 9pm.

After a record breaking 30 years of playing at St. Kilda’s iconic Espy, with the past 19 of those being every single Saturday, this move shows that you can take the artist out of The Espy but you can’t take him out of St Kilda.

Para will continue to deliver his classic Hendrix, Santana, Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Muddy Waters, and ZZ Top, plus originals, to his the legions of fans that have been making the trek to St Kilda every Saturday evening.

Phil Para’s brand of high-energy blues/rock with some Latin fusion thrown in has become a benchmark of what St Kilda means to the musical landscape of Melbourne.

Phil's addition to The Prince Public Bar's artist roster is a further evidence of the venue's consolidated commitment to live music in St Kilda.

FREE ENTRY. Music from 6-9pm.
